A page anyone can find
Every club has a public page: who it is, where it shoots, what it announced lately. It is listed in the directory from day one and cannot be lost in a feed.
A club's Facebook page reaches people who already follow it. TREFA's directory is built to be searched, by name and by town, by the new shooter who doesn't know you exist yet, or the person who just moved to your area. No account needed to check whether yours is here.
Every club has a public page: who it is, where it shoots, what it announced lately. It is listed in the directory from day one and cannot be lost in a feed.
A public feed anyone can read, so somebody deciding whether to join can see the club is alive, and a members-only feed for the things that are nobody else's business.
TREFA is not a place for closed groups. A club page is public by nature; what is members-only is the conversation, never the club.
A free public page, listed in that same directory from day one. Your own officers run it, the way you already run the club: no webmaster to hire, no site to let go stale when they move on.
Post in the club's own name, pin what matters, and let the people who shoot with you find each other.
We are talking to clubs, ranges and associations now, before the app opens. If you run one, write to us: what you need from a club page, and what you don't.
